Roberto Paoli was inspired by Kepler's geometric works when he designed the Cord Mirror. The object has a circular frame divided with a cord, which in geometry is the line connecting two points on a circle, without going through its centre.
Roberto Paoli tailored the circle's proportions to Kepler's exact specifications, highlighting the variance between the two sides with mirrors of distinct hues.
