Packaging: The item must be securely repacked in its original, undamaged packaging to ensure safe transit.
Return Shipping: Returns must be arranged through a reputable courier service at the customer’s expense to our Lane Cove warehouse.
Inspection: Upon arrival, all items are carefully inspected by our warehouse team to confirm they are received in resalable condition.

If your item appears to be damaged on arrival or during transit, please:

Once your details are received, our team will assess the damage and advise on the next steps to return the item to our warehouse. We will then arrange a replacement as quickly as possible, depending on stock availability.
To ensure safe return transit, all items must be securely packed in their original packaging.
Please note, a 20% restocking fee may apply if goods are returned without original packaging or not in original condition.
