Elysium endeavours to provide all its customers with not only beautiful furniture, but also the very best delivery service possible. We ship products Australia wide from a small table lamp to a 100kg sideboard or large dining table, and each item has varying and individual delivery circumstances, which is why all our orders come with our standard flat rate shipping. We highly recommend you make the appropriate arrangements to accept the delivery and have the item moved into its desired location in your home along with considering the unboxing of the item, assembly and removal of the packaging from your home. This is not included in our standard flat rate shipping. Our flat rate shipping is standard on all orders and is based on ground floor/front door basis only, unless stated otherwise by Elysium.

• Premium delivery services are also available at an additional cost which can include delivery of your furniture inside your home, unboxing and assembling of your furniture (if required) and removing all the packaging.
• These services are recommended by Elysium Home for our larger and heavier items. Please email us at mail@elysiumhome.com.au if you require a quote for our Premium Delivery Services as these service and price can vary depending on location, site access and items to be delivered.
• All deliveries take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. If a specific date and time for delivery is required, please add this into the notes when placing your order or get in touch with us at mail@elysiumhome.com.au
